Founded in 2006. Kevin Scott Tunnel Consultants. LLC (KSTC) was established to provide Quality Assurance / Quality Control and Construction Management Services to the Underground Construction Industry in the US. including Power and Transportation Rail & Highway.

Kevin Scott. founding principal. has worked the entire spectrum of underground construction. starting with physically building tunnels as a Union Miner throughout the country.
